FIFL Experience: Ranked #1 in all-time
career tackles up until 2006 when he became a bench player.
At time or retirement, Harper was ranked 8th all-time with
727. Named to the 1999 and 2003 National Conference All-Pro
Team. Only player to record 100 or more tackles in 4 seasons.
Played in 12 career FIFL Playoff games, recording 34 tackles,
6.0 sacks and an interception. Member of 3 Portland Prowler
Championship teams, however will always remember 2004 Championship
game, where he had 4 tackles, 1.0 sacks and an interception
in a 27-14 win over Madison.
Professional Experience: Played in the
IFL in 1999 for the Duluth Lumberjacks and 2000 for the Minnesota
Purple Rage.
