Personal: Childs began his football career at Omaha North High School where he received All-State honors. He remains in the North High record books for highs in all-rushing stats that he set in 1991. When Clinton isn't playing football you can find him staying busy as an assistant football coach and co-head wrestling coach at Omaha North. He also takes time out to referee kids' wrestling tournaments; it's something that he has done for ten years.
