FIFL Experience: Named to the 2000 and
2003 American Conference All-Pro Team. Helped lead the Skyhawks
to a FIFL Bowl Championship in 2001 and 2003. Helped lead
the Dayton team rushing tack to 1,940 yards in 2004, 3rd best
all-time in FIFL history. Played Tackled from 1999-2001 and
moved to Guard in 2002. Traded to the Louisiana Bayou Beast
in a multi-player deal in week 8 of the 2005 season.
Professional Experience: 2003 assigned
to the af2’s Peoria Pirates. He appeared in 11 games for the
pirates finishing the season with 13 total tackles 2002 He
was a member of the Pirate team that defeated the Florida
Firecats 65-47, to claim ArenaCup 2002. On the season he saw
action in 10 games accounting for nine tackles, two sacks,
and an interception. 2001 Assigned to the Iowa Barnstormers
as an af2 Rookie… in his first season he saw the field in
five games recording seven tackles and a sack. Played for
Green Bay (IFL) in 1999 where he helped lead the Bombers to
the Gold Cup Championship.
College Experience: Played as a member
of the offensive line at Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Personal: Jon joined the St. Ambrose
University football staff in the fall of 2003 as the defensive
line coach. He earned his B.S, in Health Promotion/Wellness
from the UW Stevens Point. He is currently on his Masters
Degree in Physical Education at Western Illinois, along with
working as a personal trainer. He resides in Davenport with
his wife Rhonda.
